How lucky those passengers were to have such a good pilot and co-pilot. It could have been a terrible tragedy.
ReplyDeleteWhen I first heard the plane had gone down, I thought they would have all perished. That pilot was truly a hero, and the passengers and crew are to be commended for being so calm and level-headed.
ReplyDeleteThat photo, for me, captures the isolation and terror those passengers must have felt.
ReplyDeleteThe pilot knew his plane well enough to calculate their chance of timely rescue and walk back through twice to be sure nobody was left aboard.
One scary story!
